Board of Directors

Mark Zacharczyk was raised in upstate NY where he celebrated the most magical Christmases as a child.  After moving back to NJ (where he was born), Mark joined Kiwanis of Greater Red Bank where he began helping local children in the community.  It was there that he found that helping young ones with serious illnesses was especially rewarding.  In 2013, getting tired of the progressive commercialization of the holidays, he decided to put the spirit of Christmas to use in a way that it was meant for & The Believe Project was born.  Graduating cum laude from SUNY Albany business school, Mark has been a successful .com entrepreneur, restauranteur, and mortgage advisor.  He works with his brother, Lee, at Wells Fargo.  He is co-founder of  LeTip Of Red Bank with his other brother, Ryan, who owns Zynergy Retirement Planning.  His sister, Jennifer Giampietro, lives in Wyckoff, NJ and works as Corporate Counsel for a pharmaceutical company.  He resides in Ocean, NJ with his two sons.
